Need to reschedule? Provide 24 hours notice via phone, SMS or email. Less than 24 hours: up to the full session fee may apply because the slot cannot be rebooked. No show: full fee payable. Emergencies happen—reach out as soon as you can and we will do our best to offer a make-up session. All policies align with Blue Card safety guidelines.
